A house written as a suite.

PolonianaRest is built as one composition: a tasting kitchen, dining rooms, and a casino salon. The night does not split between dinner and play. It moves in movements.

The name holds a procession. Poloniana is the formal step of the evening. Rest is the pause between a finished plate and a first card. Felt, linen, and a 2026 calendar share the same lighting and the same hosts.

Casino Experience

After the last plate, the felt keeps the room.

The salon is a continuation of dinner, not a second venue. Lighting stays warm. Voices stay low. Roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and poker each keep a chamber of their own.

Guests move from the dining rooms to the tables without a change in host. The 2026 floor plan favors sightlines, a slower shoe, and a wheel that can hold the room on a single spin.
